Privacy Policy
This engineering draft describes the data flows implemented for the SpeedInno website. It requires owner/legal approval before production release.
1. Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, the form may collect your name, work email, company, requirement type and the requirement text you choose to provide. Do not submit credentials, secrets, health information or other unnecessary sensitive data.
2. How the information is used
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to the request, operate the enquiry workflow, prevent abuse and troubleshoot delivery. It is not placed in browser analytics parameters.
3. Site and consent data
The browser stores theme and cookie-consent choices locally. Delivery-readiness assessment answers are kept in session storage for the current browser tab so a refresh does not erase progress; they are removed when you reset the assessment or close the tab and are not transmitted. Optional analytics is initialized only when configured and when analytics consent is granted. The current application does not deploy an advertising or remarketing pixel.
4. Service providers and transfers
The production edge/hosting provider processes normal request data needed to serve and protect the site. Public editorial content is delivered from the reviewed website build rather than a browser-side CMS connection. A production Contact processor, recipient, fallback and retention policy must be confirmed before Contact goes live. Google Analytics may process limited usage data only when it is configured and consented to.
5. Retention and access
Retention must be limited to the operational and legal need approved by the owner. You may contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and obligations.
6. Security and updates
Reasonable technical and organizational controls should protect production data, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This notice must be updated when production vendors, destinations, retention or uses change.
