Technology partnerships for consultants & agencies
Keep the client relationship. Add the engineering capability.
SpeedInno helps IT consultants, fractional CTOs, agencies and specialist firms turn trusted advice, design and domain expertise into working software. Choose white-label delivery, a joint team, a defined engineering workstream or a qualified referral—while client ownership, delivery responsibility and commercial boundaries stay explicit.
- White-label or disclosed
- Worldwide delivery
- No forced delivery role
Three partnership routes. One accountable next step.
Co-deliver, extend a trusted client account, or make a qualified introduction. In every route, the partner relationship, SpeedInno responsibility and client path remain explicit.
- Brand & communication
- Decision rights
- Source, IP & hosting
- Acceptance & handover
Grow the opportunity without becoming a software company
Add dependable engineering where the client needs it, while keeping the expertise and relationship that made the client trust you in the first place.
Compete for broader briefs
Add credible application, portal, integration, ERP, CRM, mobile and automation delivery when a requirement extends beyond strategy, design or advisory work.
Keep the client journey connected
Move from recommendation or approved design into implementation through one governed path instead of handing the client to an unrelated supplier.
Reduce permanent-team risk
Access the right delivery capability for a qualified requirement without carrying every engineering role permanently or claiming an artificial bench.
Strengthen proposals before commitment
Bring engineering input into feasibility, architecture, scope and risk before a proposal promises more than implementation can responsibly support.
Who SpeedInno partners with
SpeedInno partners with consultants, agencies and specialist firms that own trusted client relationships and need dependable technology execution. Together we can deliver websites, web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, portals, dashboards, integrations, automation, modernization and ongoing support without requiring every partner to build a full engineering organization internally.
Technology consultants and fractional CTOs
For independent IT consultants, digital-transformation advisers, fractional CTOs, CIO advisers and technology consultants who guide clients but need a trusted engineering execution partner.

For Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo, SAP Business One, HubSpot, ERP, CRM and specialist platform consultants who need custom software, integrations, portals, dashboards and workflows around their approved domain expertise.
Business setup, PRO and corporate service firms
For company-formation consultants, PRO service providers and corporate advisers whose clients need websites, CRM setup, portals, automation, digital workflows and ongoing technology support after registration.
Business and management consultants
For consultants whose operating models, process improvements and recommendations need to become ERP, CRM, workflow systems, dashboards, portals or applications.
Auditing, accounting and compliance firms
For professional firms that need client portals, document workflows, approval systems, compliance trackers, reporting dashboards and case-management tools while retaining ownership of domain and compliance advice.
Marketing and digital agencies
For agencies that need technical execution for ecommerce, landing pages, campaign systems, customer portals, CRM workflows, lead-management tools and client-facing digital products.
UI/UX, branding and design studios
For design teams that need approved designs, prototypes and brand systems converted into production-ready web, mobile, SaaS, portal, API and backend systems.
IT services, support, staffing and managed-service firms
For firms that need white-label execution, subcontract delivery, engineering pods, overflow capacity, application modernization, maintenance and governed L1, L2 or L3 support.
Choose the working model that protects the relationship
The right model depends on how visible each party should be, who owns the client conversation and where engineering responsibility begins.
White-label delivery
SpeedInno executes agreed engineering behind the partner brand, with communication, repository and escalation boundaries defined before work begins.
Joint solution delivery
The partner leads strategy, sector context, design or advisory work while SpeedInno owns the agreed engineering and release responsibilities.
Defined delivery workstream
SpeedInno takes responsibility for a bounded application, integration, modernization, mobile, automation or support workstream inside a wider engagement.
Engineering capacity
An engineer or focused pod adds capability around an established roadmap, governance model and review cadence when the partner or client team is constrained.
A referral can create value without creating a delivery obligation
A partner can make a qualified introduction and remain outside discovery, sales and implementation. Commission applies only when qualification, attribution and payment boundaries are agreed in writing.
What qualifies
A real software requirement, an identifiable decision path and permission for SpeedInno to contact the organization—not a scraped name or unsolicited lead list.
How attribution is protected
Accepted introductions record the referring organization, opportunity, date and commercial boundary before delivery discussions progress.
How commercial terms work
The fee or revenue-share basis, eligible services, attribution period, payment trigger, exclusions and tax treatment are agreed for the relationship or opportunity.
How much involvement is required
None by default. The partner may step away, remain an adviser, lead the client account or join delivery; only the agreed role creates responsibility.
Give clients more reasons to continue—not reasons they cannot leave
The partnership improves continuity through clearer ownership and useful next steps. It does not depend on lock-in or invented outcome promises.
One connected implementation path
Strategy, experience design, domain advice and engineering move through a shared scope and decision record instead of contradictory handovers.
Fewer ownership gaps
Client, partner and SpeedInno responsibilities for decisions, code, environments, data, acceptance and support are named before delivery.
Reviewable progress
Working software, decisions, risks and acceptance evidence give everyone a stronger governance signal than status reporting alone.
A responsible next phase
Support, modernization, integrations and improvement planning remain available after release without assuming every launch requires another supplier search.
Start with clarity before anyone makes a promise
A good partnership begins by protecting the client relationship and making responsibility reviewable before scope, price or availability is represented.
Align the opportunity
Confirm the client need, decision path, partner objective and whether the route is white-label, joint, workstream-based or referral-only.
Define the relationship
Agree brand visibility, communication, confidentiality, decision rights, escalation and who is authorized to represent each party.
Set the delivery boundary
Document scope, acceptance, repositories, environments, data access, intellectual property, hosting, support and handover responsibilities.
Begin with a controlled next step
Use requirement framing, a Blueprint or a bounded delivery proposal according to the evidence already available—without implying vendor certification or guaranteed outcomes.
Choose the relationship that fits
Create client value together, or simply make the right introduction.
Deliver together
Combine your strategy, sector, account or design capability with accountable SpeedInno engineering.
Expand a client account
Bring implementation, integration, modernization or application support into an existing trusted relationship.
Refer only
Introduce a qualified requirement and step away from delivery under an agreed referral fee or revenue-share boundary.
Partner FAQ
Questions partners ask before working together.
Straight answers on client ownership, white-label delivery, referrals, commercial boundaries and worldwide collaboration. Opportunity-specific legal and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.
Who can become a SpeedInno technology partner?
SpeedInno considers partnerships with independent IT consultants, technology consultants, fractional CTOs, CIO advisers, digital and marketing agencies, design studios, ERP or CRM specialists, business-setup and PRO firms, management consultancies, accounting and compliance firms, IT service providers, staffing firms and other organizations whose clients need dependable software engineering or implementation capability.
Can an independent IT consultant or fractional CTO partner with SpeedInno?
Yes. The consultant can retain the strategic, architecture, governance or client-advisory role while SpeedInno owns agreed engineering execution. The parties define who frames requirements, approves architecture, communicates with the client, accepts delivery and supports the system before work begins.
Do we need an internal software engineering team to work with SpeedInno?
No. A partner can bring the client relationship, sector knowledge, strategy, design or advisory work while SpeedInno takes agreed engineering responsibilities. The division of discovery, solution design, implementation, acceptance and support is documented before delivery.
Can our agency keep the primary client relationship?
Yes, where that model is agreed. SpeedInno can work behind the partner brand, participate in a joint team or operate as a disclosed specialist. Communication, branding, account ownership and escalation boundaries are agreed before client-facing work begins.
Can a partner earn revenue for making an introduction without joining delivery?
Potentially, yes. A qualifying introduction may use an agreed referral fee or revenue-share arrangement even when the referring partner does not participate in delivery. Eligibility, rate, attribution period, exclusions, payment trigger and applicable taxes must be confirmed in writing before the introduction is treated as commission-bearing.
Is there a standard public referral percentage?
No fixed percentage is promised on this page. Commercial terms depend on the type and quality of the introduction, expected partner involvement, opportunity value, sales effort, delivery risk and payment structure. Only the signed partner or referral terms create a payment obligation.
When would an agreed referral payment become payable?
The written agreement should define the trigger. A common boundary is that the opportunity must be accepted as qualifying, contract with SpeedInno and produce cleared client revenue before a referral payment is calculated. Introductions already known to SpeedInno, duplicate referrals, cancelled work, refunds, taxes and third-party costs may be excluded.
Can consultancies add software implementation without hiring a permanent delivery team?
Yes. A consultancy can extend an approved operating model, transformation plan, audit recommendation or process redesign into a governed software workstream. SpeedInno can scope and implement the application, portal, workflow, integration, ERP or CRM component while the consultancy retains its domain-advisory role.
Does SpeedInno support white-label and joint delivery?
Yes, subject to engagement-specific safeguards. White-label delivery protects the partner brand and client relationship; joint delivery makes both parties visible. In either model, requirements, approvals, repositories, environments, data access, intellectual property and post-release ownership remain explicit.
How can the partnership help an agency retain and grow client accounts?
It can give the agency a credible route for implementation, integrations, modernization and ongoing application support after strategy, design or campaign work. That can reduce the need to hand a client to an unrelated supplier and can create additional reviewable services, but no retention, revenue or client-win outcome is guaranteed.
Can SpeedInno work with partners and clients outside India?
Yes. SpeedInno is headquartered in Hyderabad and supports worldwide engagements. Time-zone overlap, communication cadence, contracting, tax treatment, data location and delivery responsibilities are confirmed for the actual opportunity.
